Future Utopia – Don’t Try This At Home

Grammy-winning producer Fraser T. Smith, the creative force behind Future Utopia, kicks off 2025 with the single Don’t Try This At Home. This disco-infused track sets the tone for the upcoming EP Memory Boy, following the success of the acclaimed 2024 album Django’s High.

Recorded in Fraser’s Utopia studio and co-written with The Earth, the track is a homage to late ‘70s and early ‘80s club culture. Packed with “feel-good live and electronic basslines” and French space disco-inspired synths, the song strikes a balance between retro inspiration and modern production.
